What should you think about before going to sleep?
Please read the following message very carefully. What do we think before going to sleep? What thoughts go through your head? Do you believe that if these thoughts that we don't care about control your life tomorrow? Then, these thoughts, like dominoes formed in a series and falling when one of them is moved, form a chain link of neurons in the brain and process thoughts at the level of information during sleep.

To put it simply, the process of determining tomorrow's life is taking place while sleeping. The following factors depend on this process:
- How will you feel tomorrow?
-Satisfying sleep
- What is the state of mind?
- How energetic
- Speed of body recovery
- What to do during the day
I wake up in the morning and think that I am in control of people and everything. However, it is said that everything is programmed for 8 o'clock at bedtime. Before going to sleep, people often think about all their problems and find solutions, or they think about unrealistic and raw dreams. The brain that processed these thoughts all night will give the "situations" of that day in the morning. The brain itself is variable. For the brain, determining your future is its way of being, and if it doesn't match the programming and evolution of your thoughts, it starts to destroy you. A person begins to destroy his own life, or because of unhappiness, alcoholism, anger, sadness, and pain, which originates from bad mood, disease and aging are accelerated. In this way, the brain is capable of slowly destroying a person. Bedtime thoughts are the brain's process and food for discerning whether you are a valuable resource for development or a useless commodity. These thoughts are not the thoughts that come to mind while lying down, but they occur without any human control at the beginning of sleep and are the basis for programming the next day. If you can learn to consciously accept your sleep, you will be the "master" of your tomorrow. For this, you should follow the following 3 methods. As a result, the body is light in the morning and the head is clear the next day:
1. Relaxation. You need to get rid of all emotions, positive and negative, and don't even dream, and in early sleep give yourself a blank slate and program it. It gives energy.
2. Let go of thoughts. Try not to think about anything and listen to the silence. Silence has its own beautiful voice. Look for it. When there are no thoughts, the brain becomes deadlocked and has nothing to program, and you become the master of your future.
3. Release the body. A person lies down to sleep and does not know that any part of the body has not completely relaxed. So, as soon as you lie down, let your whole body relax. Keep releasing. Once you've fully relaxed, you'll be amazed at how many stiffened body muscles you slept with. That's how the day started.

By adopting these 3 principles and controlling your sleep, you will become your own program and your brain will start working for you, and you will wake up every morning feeling refreshed and alert like never before. The brain feels like it's 100% working, filled with the feeling that things are starting to work.
