In order to do this exercise, we need to know the relationship of each finger to the emotions.
Thumbs - get rid of worries and anxiety.
Index finger - Helps to fight fear.
Middle finger - Helps to control resentment and anger.
Little finger - Sadness and depression. It will help you to be more decisive.
Thimble - Calms and promotes optimism and self-confidence.
Method:
To invigorate your life energy and improve the corresponding emotional harmony of each finger, hold the fingers of one hand and the other hand for about 1 minute, and then hold all the fingers together for 1 minute. At this time, if the exercise is done correctly, the pulse of the heart can be felt. To calm your mind, gently press the center of your palm and the thumb of your other hand for at least 1 minute.
