It takes 2-3 weeks, which is not a lot of time to devote to future success. At first, there is a feeling of awkwardness and self-loathing, and there is a fear of being embarrassed in front of others. However, after a while, the thoughts that everything will be done easily and will be done, your life starts to become light and interesting, and the process of opening the doors of success takes place.

Also, when it doesn't work, it's okay to compare the current situation with a worse situation. Comparing the time when your wishes are not fulfilled, to being sick and unable to wish for anything, can give you the thought, energy, strength, and common sense that your current situation is much better.
