Chicken eggs are one of the main foods used every day.

Eggs are usually stored in the refrigerator door or in the designated tray. Since this shelf is at the top, next to the freezer, in addition to being in a semi-freezing state, every time you open the door, it is exposed to warm air and is at risk of deterioration.

For proper storage, place in a designated container, blunt side up, cover the container, and store in the refrigerator. Also, no matter how properly stored, eggs should not be stored or used for more than 6 weeks.

When buying eggs, we trust the seller's word whether they are fresh or not. Therefore, it is recommended to check whether it is new at home and use it. If you put an egg in a pot of warm water, if it sinks to the bottom of the pot, it means it is fresh, but if it floats, it is an old egg.
