20 rules to manage every day wisely
It is often believed that meditation and yoga can be used to live the right life in a wise way that respects consciousness. However, "living fully actively" has the same effect as these methods and makes life meaningful and right. Try to make as many of these rules as possible, or at least some of them, a habit. Also, these rules may be routine for some. Those people are probably the most successful people in our life.

1. In the morning, doing some kind of exercise refreshes the brain and directs it to the right work
2. Drink water throughout the day. Also, try to make it a habit to drink a glass of water before breakfast
3. Get used to eating food without haste, chewing it thoroughly and feeling its texture and taste
4. In the morning, first thing in the morning, you should learn to define and write down the work to be done that day
5. Listen to music. It is much more beneficial to your health and mind than listening to TV or other useless chatter. Listening to your favorite music is a form of therapy. Recently, in developed countries, the method of healing with music and melody has spread effectively. Try to listen to classical music as much as possible. 6. Keep a diary. Writing down your thoughts is the truest way to identify yourself, see your mistakes, and set your goals.

18. If you do spot training for 30 minutes every day, you're super!!!
19. Encourage your daily success with things you like. It is good to celebrate any anniversaries
20. Good sleep is the most important thing. There should be no TV or other things in your bedroom that can disturb your peaceful sleep. Have a good rest and relax. A conscious, happy tomorrow awaits you.
