Turmeric can replace many types of drugs

Turmeric has been widely used as a food dye, and many recent studies have proven that it can replace drugs for various diseases, and its results continue to be proven when it is used for therapeutic purposes around the world. Here are the recipes for treatment:

1. Turmeric drink. It is called "golden milk" and treats bone and joint diseases and arthritis. 2 tablespoons of turmeric, 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of water. Put turmeric in water and boil it for 10 minutes to make a thick paste. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month. Add 1 tablespoon of it to warm milk.
