From generation to generation, it has been believed that children should be put to sleep early. Here's how science explains it.

It is believed that children's bodies and minds grow over time, and children's brains absorb and accumulate daily information and experiences at a faster rate than that of adults. The fact that children are interested in, question and accept everything in the world is related to their age. A child's growth hormone is actively growing after 2-3 hours after falling asleep, i.e. at midnight, and sleeping after 9 p.m. leads to loss of growth hormone release and failure to fulfill its duties. Studies have shown that children who sleep late are irritable, restless, unable to concentrate, and have a reduced ability to learn.

Teaching children to go to bed on time depends only on the correct requirements of parents, and it is important to keep them away from mobile phones, tablets, and computer games as much as possible at night and try to make them understand. The proximity of these devices is said to stimulate the brain by sending signals to the brain. It is considered normal for a child to sleep 8-12 hours.
