When you can't get medication or medical help or you want to avoid drug treatment, try the following methods.

- When you have a headache, press your finger to see which nostril is easier to breathe in, then press the nostril on the side where it is easier to breathe, and breathe on the other side until the pain subsides.
-Insomnia, excitement, unreasonable anxiety, brain overload, press the right nostril to breathe only on the left side, the mood will calm down and return to normal.
