Did you know that the simple actions and habits we do every day affect our body? If we can correct these habits, it is the simplest step to be healthy.

1. Sneezing
When we are about to sneeze, covering our mouth or pinching our nose to prevent a sneeze greatly increases brain pressure. At this time, the blood circulation to the brain is interrupted and the blood vessels and nerve tissue are compressed. This can cause headaches, damage to the auditory system and blood vessels. It seems simple to stop sneezing, but it disrupts the normal functioning of our body.

2. Use perfume
Rather than using natural fragrances/essential oils, perfumers choose cheaper and stronger synthetics. These substances have negative effects on the human body, such as dizziness, nausea, and drowsiness. It is also irritating to the eyes, throat and skin. In order to prevent these, the best way is to avoid perfumes and use natural essential oils.

3. Use the phone before going to bed
Using your phone before bed or in bed reduces the release of melotonin, a hormone that regulates sleep and wakefulness. This is a major cause of insomnia, depression, cancer, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and a weakened immune system. Turning off your phone and going to bed early is a healthy choice.

4. Store food in plastic containers
Most plastic bottles contain phthalates and bisphenols, which keep them flexible. When food is stored for a long time, these substances are absorbed into the food. These substances affect the endocrine system. Instead, choose a container made of glass, stainless steel or ceramic. Also, pay attention to the label on the plastic container and choose the container suitable for your use.

5. Brush your teeth immediately after eating
Dentists recommend brushing your teeth at least 30 minutes after eating. If possible, it is better to wash after an hour. Foods, especially acidic foods (lemons, tomatoes, oranges, pineapples) build on tooth enamel. Brushing immediately after eating acidic foods can damage enamel.

6. Always use antibacterial soap
There are many types of bacteria on our skin that have a negative effect on the body. While it's okay to use antibacterial soap to get rid of these bacteria, it's important to note that regular use also kills the beneficial bacteria that protect our immune system. Do not use more than two antibacterial soaps per week.

7. Wearing jeans that are too tight
In recent years, young people have started to wear tight pants more and more. But it has a negative side. Doctors warn that wearing too tight pants is harmful to health.

8. Drink fresh juice
Everyone thinks that fresh juice is good for health. However, it can have the opposite effect on some patients. For example, grape juice is not suitable for diabetics and overweight people. Also, some juices may cause allergies. Care should be taken when giving fresh juice to children.
